Senior Staff Application Engineer, ServiceNow, Core

You lead all aspects of web development, requirements gathering, software development, testing, documentation, training, implementation, ongoing support, and maintenance for both in-house and customer-facing web applications

• Define and execute the long-term roadmap for the ServiceNow platform and CMDB
• Lead technical implementation and design for the ServiceNow suite of applications
• Design and govern integrations between ServiceNow and other critical internal and external systems
• Establish and own the comprehensive data governance framework for the CMDB and data model
• Act as the foremost subject matter expert and technical mentor

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other technical field
• 15 years of experience working with software development, system design and systems integration
• 8 years of experience working with ServiceNow, designing and implementing the ServiceNow CSDM framework in an enterprise environment
